Crispy Coated Chicken Strips

1.2 kg chicken fillets Sliced into strips
8 tbs whey protein (about 50g)
2.5 tbs carb smart chicken spice + 2 tbs Italian herbs OR;
1/2 tsp salt, 1 Tsp coriander ground, 1 tbs paprika, 2 tsps onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 2.5 tbs Italian herbs
2 Eggs
Coconut or palm Oil for frying


Heat oil in pot or pan.
Mix spices, herbs and whey powder together.
Beat Eggs well, then dip the chicken strips into the egg wash, then coat with the whey mixture and fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain on paper towelling, then serve.

Variations: use other meats/fish or even coat vegetables and fry.
