This challenge is for the ones that need their weight to shift, or for the slow losers.


Often we get into a comfort zone and this may need adjusting, so for a month (30 days) why don't you #ChangeItUp?


Examples of how to achieve this:


1. If you currently consume dairy daily, either try to cut it out completely or atleast cut down.


2. If you do orange list often, try to cut it out for just a month. I'll post a meal plan for this, too, to give you ideas.


3. If you're sedentary, meaning, if you don't exercise at all, and you're in the position to do so, why not try walking a bit more? Take the steps instead of the elevator, walk around the block if it's safe to do so, take a walk around the park.


4. If you have made the direct swap of sweeteners, try to go for a month without adding any to your coffee or tea and try to have no sweetened drinks.


5. If you're in the position to do so, you could even try carnivore for a month, will post info for that too, below.
