Ingredients:
50 g Heba
50 g feta, cubed
50 g spinach, steamed and chopped
1 large eggs, beaten till foamy
4 T boiling water
2 t baking powder
Pinch salt
Method:
Preheat airfryer for 5 minutes at 180C.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add spinach and feta and mix.
Add egg and mix.
Lastly, fold in boiling water until well incorporated.
Add mixture to muffin paper lined silicone tray.
Bake in air fryer for approximately 15 mins until skewer inserted comes out clean. (Start checking after 10 mins)
Allow to cool before eating.
Recipe makes 3 muffins
