Ingredients:
160 g Heba
1.5 t Baking Powder
2 t cinnamon
175 g +- sweetener (I used xylitol)
2 t vanilla
5 eggs
170 g butter
2 T "cinnamon sugar" (1 T and 1 t sweetener and 2 t cinnamon)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Prepare square pan by covering with baking paper.
Whisk together all dry ingredients except for the cinnamon sugar.
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix till well combined.
Melt butter then add and mix well.
Add mixture to the prepared pan and flatten.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
Bake in oven for approximately 25-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing.
