Heba Crackers

 


Ingredients:

160 g Heba Pap
1/2 t Salt
1 t Baking Powder
50 g Butter, melted
1 Egg
4 T milk
2 T sesame seeds (optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C
In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk and egg.



Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until it forms a ball of dough.
Roll flat between two pieces of baking paper to thickness shown.
Remove the top layer of baking paper, sprinkle over the cracker mixture and press them down.
Using a knife, score to desired sized crackers.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes /until the edges start to brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Break apart and serve with your favourite Charcuterie ingredients!
