 February Weight Loss Challenge: Banting vs Carnivore!

Are you ready to shake off those winter blues and kickstart your weight loss journey? We've got just the thing for you!


Introducing our February Weight Loss Challenge, where you get to choose between two popular diets: Banting and Carnivore!


*The Challenge:*


For the entire month of February, you'll be following either the Banting diet or the Carnivore diet. That's right, folks! 28 days of delicious, weight-loss-promoting eats!


*The Rules:*


1. *Choose Your Diet:* Decide whether you want to go Banting or Carnivore. Research, read, and get familiar with the diet you choose! Then get your FREE printable journal here

2. *Start Fresh:* Begin the challenge on February 1st, and make sure to take progress pictures and measurements.

3. *Stay on Track:* Follow your chosen diet for the entire 28 days. No cheating, no excuses!

4. *Hydrate:* Drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Aim for at least 8 cups (64 oz) a day!

5. *Get Moving:* Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise or 15 minutes of intense exercise per day.

6. *Support System:* Join our Facebook group (link below) to connect with fellow challengers, share recipes, and get motivation!

7. *Progress Updates:* Share your progress pictures, measurements, and stories on social media using the hashtag #FebWeightLossChallenge.


*Banting Diet Guidelines:*


- Focus on whole, unprocessed foods

- Eliminate added sugars, grains, and starchy vegetables

- Eat plenty of healthy fats, protein, and vegetables

- Stay within the Banting Green List guidelines

*Carnivore Diet Guidelines:*


- Eat only animal products (meat, fish, eggs, dairy)

- Eliminate all plant-based foods

- Focus on fatty cuts of meat and organ meats

- Stay hydrated and listen to your body
