Broccoli & Blue Cheese Balls


Ingredients :

3 Heaped Tbs Heba Pap

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch salt

2 small heads broccoli

1 cup grated cheddar

100g blue cheese

1 egg

50ml milk


Method:

Cut, wash, steam broccoli until tender.

Break with hands till finer.

Add and mix in dry ingredients, then all the rest.

 Shape into tablespoon sized balls and roll,

Bake for about 15-20 minutes in 180C preheated oven.
