 Oat pap/nshima



ingredients 

30g oats

200ml unsweetened almond milk

1Tbsp apple cider vinegar 

3Tbsp coconut flour

20g butter (I used more🙈)

method:

warm the almond milk, add to the oats

add the apple cider vinegar and cover.

place at room temperature not in the fridge 

i kept mine in the boiler room overnight






What it looked like after soaking overnight.



I added butter and cooked on medium heat




it made a very smooth porridge after cooking and you can eat it as porridge like this.



I needed 3Tbs coconut flour



it firmed up nicely and no psyllium was needed
