Coconut Flour Pap - Kamba Mpenge

Ingredients:

100g Coconut Flour

1 tbs psyllium husk

2.5 cups water


Method:

Measure out coconut flour - almost a cup.


Measure out Psyllium husk.


Mix to combine.


Boil water in pot on stove (tip - use boiling kettle water!)







Stir to mix and combine


Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.


You will get two portions from it - ie 2 cups!
