Banting Buns - Debbie Strydom



Ingredients:

1 and a half cups of almond flour.

1 Tablespoon of baking powder

2 and a half cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.

2 Tablespoons of Cream cheese.

1 Large egg ( mixed).

1/2 a teaspoon of onion powder.

Pinch of pink salt.

Pinch of paprika.







Method:

Oven on 180 degrees.

In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder, salt , onion powder and paprika.

Add the 2 cheeses in a microwave bowl and microwave for A minute, stir and microwave for another minute.

Mix the flour mixture and mixed egg into the melted cheese.

Mix thoroughly till everything is combined.

Wet hands with olive oil and roll dough into balls. 

Place on a lined baking sheet well apart, and bake for 15 minutes. At 180 degrees Celsius.
