Sweet Potato Crisps - Debbie Strydom

Please remember these are quite high orange list - but perfect for kids!



Ingredients:

Sweet Potato Sliced very thinly
Olive oil
Pink salt
Origanum (optional)

Method:

Cut sweetpatato very thin, wash dry well .
Throw in a bowl with oil and salt, make sure everything is well coated.
Pack on a nonstick lined sheet tray and bake at 200 degrees for 10 min, flip and bake for 10 min.
They can burn very quickly, please keep an eye on them.
