Smokey Pork Stuffing



500g finely minced fatty pork
3 tbs fresh thyme and parsley chopped
2 tbs heba pap or 1 tbs psyllium husk
1 tbs smoked paprika
A few drops liquid smoke
2 small lemons

Method:

Mix together above ingredients
Insert washed lemon in turkey or chicken cavity.
Stuff bird with mixture.
Insert other lemon
If needed, sew up bird with cotton, then cook as usual.
