Peri-Peri Lemon & Herb Prawns


Ingredients:

Prawns
Peri peri carb smart sauce
Lemon and herb carb smart sauce
1 tbs butter
Smoked paprika

Method:

Snip and clean digestive tract from back of prawns
Add prawns, carb smart peri peri and carb smart lemon and herb to zip lock bag.
Press as much air out as possible and allow to.marinate for at least 4 hours.
Melt butter in pan.
Lay prawns in pan,squeeze the sauce over the top and fry for 3 mins.
Turn prawns and fry for another 3 minutes.
Make sure prawn mrat is no longer ttranslucent and shells have turned pink.
Plate, and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Enjoy!
