Ingredients:
2 slices coconut or almond yeasty bread
2 slices red onion
1 slice cheddar cheese
Crumbled blue cheese
2 tsp butter
Method:
Butter the bread, place the cheddar on top, then the blue cheese, then the slices of red onion.
Place the second slice on top.
Grill or braai until crisp and cheese melted and bread toasted.
