Slow Cooked Barbeque Ribs


Ingredients:

Ribs
Carb Smart Barbeque sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Prepare ribs.
Place in slow cooker or pot or pressure cooker, with enough water to take 3/4 up.
Add a tsp salt and a few black peppercorns.
Cook until tender.
Drain and save cooking liquid (lamb stock).
Place ribs in oven proof dish.
Squirt carb smart over - making sure it is all covered.
Bake uncovered in oven at 140C until the sauce becomes thicker and sets into the meat.
Serve.
