Green List Gem Squash Bread - Kamba Mpenge


Separate the eggs:

Mix together dry ingredients:

Whip the egg whites.

Beat the egg yolks then add the gem squash puree.

Add egg yolk gem squash mixture to dry ingredients and mix.

Fold egg whites into dry ingredients mixture - a little at a time until all incorporated.

Bake in preheated oven (165C) for approximately 60 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean.

Remove from tin immediately and allow to cool.

Slice and enjoy!

  1. Can I use normal Linseed, or must it be Golden Linseeds?
