Flourless chocolate cake
Ingredients
6 eggs
12 tbsp cocoa powder
12 tablespoons sweetener
6 tbsp heavy cream
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Set aside. In a separate, slightly larger bowl, mix cocoa powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add cream, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in the oven at 180degrees for 30minutes
Avocado frosting
Ingredients
2 avocados - pitted and mashed
6Tbsp cocoa powder
2Tbsp coconut oil
2Tbsp butter
Half cup powdered sweetener
1tsp of vanilla extract
1tsp of cinnamon powder (optional)
Method:
Mash your avocado in a food processor then add the rest of the ingredients
Add cocoa and sweetener and mix.
Add cream and vanilla to dry ingredients.
Add eggs too and Mix well.
Divide between two baking pans
Bake for 30 mins.
