Red Cabbage Pap - Kamba Mpenge


RECIPE BY: KAMBA MPENGE

Ingredients:

Red cabbage
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Psyllium husk

Method:


Wash and chop red cabbage.
Add to Liquidizer and add water - blend till smooth.


Strain the liquid through a muslin cloth or the like.

Make sure to squeeze out the excess liquid.


Place mixture into a pot, cook all the water out by stirring continuously.
Season to taste.
Add psyllium husk (about a tbs per head).
Stir until completely cooked and the pap "comes together".
Enjoy!
