Pepper Sauce


1.5 tbs green peppercorns
1 tsp fine white pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 tbs cream cheese
8 tbs cream
Salt to taste


Place green peppercorns in boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
Drain the water off.
Place all ingredients in a pot and cook till desired consistency is reached.
Test level of pepper, add more if needed.
