Tongue is one of my husbands favorite meats.
These came put SO tender - and were so well priced we will definitely buy them again.
Ingredients:
A few all spice
A few peppercorns
Salt
One star aniseed
1 whole chilli
Method:
Place all the ingredients in a pressure cooker pot and cook for 1/2 hour.
Peel and slice tongues, once cooled.
Use mustard as a dressing, and enjoy.
