Ham and Egg Cups - Kamba Mpenge



Ingredients:
Eggs
Ham slices (with no red list ingredients)
seasoning
vegetables of choice
oil to spray in muffin tin
cheese (optional)

Method:


Spray muffins tin with acceptable non stick spray.
Line with ham.



Chop veggies of choice and add to the ham cups.


Add a tsp Parmesan (optional)


Break an egg into each cup.


Season with choice of seasoning.


Add some grated cheese on top.



Bake for 25 mins, remove from muffin pan, and enjoy!
