Banting FlapJacks


Ingredients:

50g heba pap
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs sweetener
2 eggs
Pinch salt
1/2 cup coconut milk OR regular milk
Butter for frying and topping

Method:

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except butter.
Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
In a nonstick pan, fry 30ml amounts over medium heat.
Flip once bubbles appear.
Serves with toppings of choice.
