Banting Tater Tots


Ingredients:

5 grated baby marrow
1 tbs heba pap
Salt and pepper to taste
50g chopped red pepper
Pinch of herbs
Pinch of garlic powder
Oil for frying

Method:

Grate baby marrow and squeeze out extra moisture.
Spread on lined baking sheet, sprinkle heba pap over and mix. Spread out again.
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
Using your hands, mix together.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, herbs and finely diced peppers.
Roll into small balls and fry over medium heat until browned all over.
