Banting Mexican Dish


Ingredients:

400g chicken fillets
1 tin chopped tomatoes
4 whole tomatoes
3 jalapeño peppers
1 tbs garlic
3 tbs oil of choice
4 tbs sour cream
Grated cheese
Salt to taste

Method:

Slice chicken, tomatoes and peppers.
Add That, along with tin tomatoes, salt, oil and garlic to an oven proof dish.
Bake for 40mins at 180C.
Spoon over and spread the sour cream on, and then the grated cheese.
Bake until the top is melted and bubbling.
