Baked Butternut - with a difference!


Ingredients:

1 whole butternut
High Oleic Sunflower Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C
Peel, half and deseed butternut.
Slice it - but not right through.
Place on baking paper lined baking sheet.
Drizzle oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for around an hour.
Serve warm with butter!
