Having these items while Banting aren't really worth it.
If your goal is to be healthy, cutting them out of your diet is a good idea - but if your goal is weightloss - only one portion as listed in the graph below is your entire carb allowance for the day - what do you think?
With the exception of the Banana, the rest are all red listed - and clearly for good reason!
Look at their carb values per 25g net carbs - is it worth it?
