Vra-Na-Meer chutney and Mayo Chicken


Ingredients:

150ml homemade mayo, or banting friendly one
200ml carb smart chutney
4 tbs onion powder
200ml water
8 pieces chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion (optional)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C
Mix mayo, chutney, water, onion powder, salt and pepper, as well as onion.
Place chicken in oven proof dish.
Throw mayo mix over chicken, making sure all is coated.
Bake, covered in oven for about 1hr30mins.
Enjoy served on cauli rice or similar.
