Vanilla Cupcakes with a Raspberry Frosting




Ingredients:

1 Pack Vanilla premix
4 Eggs
2 cups milk
4 tbs sweetener
2 tsp vanilla

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C.
Whisk milk, eggs and vanilla together.
Add premix and sweetener and mix well.
Bake for around 20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before icing.
