Raspberry Muffins



Ingredients:

1 Pack Vanilla premix
4 Large Eggs
1.5 cups milk or water
4 tbs sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 punnet raspberries


Method:

Preheat oven to 180C.
Prepare muffin pan.
In a bowl, mix together Vanilla X with Sweetener.
In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients.
Add Vanilla X mix to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Separate between the 12 muffin cases.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
