Low carb Triple Chocolate Granola Bar

This one is a keeper.
The chocolate you use depends entirely on you. I used caring candies - they do use powdered maltitol which has a higher GI than xylitol - but the net carbs are identical to xylitol.
If you want, you can use 85% lindt or up.


70g Melted Caring Candies chocolate or Lindt 85%


In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate for approximately 3 minutes.
When you remove from the microwave, stir with spatula.
Put in a silicone loaf tin and spread till even.
Add the Granola to the top and press down.
Refrigerate until properly set.
