Ingredients
400g chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tsps smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tbs olive oil
100ml water
Method
In a bowl, place chicken strips, then the oil, rubbing it into the strips.
Add the paprika, salt, pepper and gram masala.
Fry in an oiled pan until seared.
Add 100ml eater and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
