Prego Steak


My version of prego steak!

Ingredients:

Your cut of beef (I used tenderized steak)

For the marinade:

2tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
125ml red wine
2 bay leaves
1 tbs crushed garlic
1/2 red chilli finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

For the rub:

1 tbs Paprika
1 tbs tomato Paste
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours.
Remove the beef and mix the rub ingredients together.
Coat the beef in the rub, then fry.
Be careful not to overcook!
Enjoy!
