Chicken liver Curry


Ingredients:
250g chicken livers
1 onion
1/2 tin tomatoes
1 tbs curry powder
2 carrots
1 tbs holsum
Salt and pepper to taste


Method:
Peel 2 carrots, cube and steam.
In a pot, melt holsum then fry the onion until translucent.
Add the curry powder and fry for a minute.
Add the chicken livers and steamed carrots. 
Seal livers, then add the half tin tomatoes.
Fry together until livers are done. 
Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Serve warm and enjoy!
