Warm Salad

Something my husband whipped up - but was pretty amazing!


Ingredients:

1 whole head cauliflower
1 bunch asparagus
Homemade mayonnaise
About 80g cheddar cut into blocks
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Wash and chop cauliflower and asparagus.
Steam both in the same colander/steamer until quite tender. While still warm, add the remaining ingredients. If it gets cool, warm up in microwave before serving.
