Rocket and Halloumi salad

Ingredients:

1 packet rocket, washed

A few blocks of halloumi, fried

4 baby tomatoes, fried

5 olives

2 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 tbs olive oil

Method:

Assemble all ingredients and dress with olive oil and ACV. Then season accordingly. Enjoy!
