Mushroom skewers

Ingredients:

1 punnet mushrooms
1 half red pepper
1 half yellow pepper
1 tbs garlic crushed
2 tbs butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Clean mushrooms, chop peppers into big chunks and skewer.
Melt butter and garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap skewers individually in foil, brush garlic butter over and wrap tight.
Do on braai for about 15mins.
