Banting Mediterranean meatballs

Mince is relatively inexpensive as far as meats go. Adding some goodness to these makes them even better, and a welcomed change from the "normal" meatball.


500g beef mince
1 small pack olives, chopped
1 tbs garlic
2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 tbs heba pap


In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, roll meat into balls and fry to brown on all sides.
Place into an oven proof dish and bake at 180C for around 15 minutes.

Serve with feta and olives on the side...
