Ingredients:
50g heba pap
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
2 eggs
4 tbs milk
Holsum or coconut oil for frying
Method:
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add milk and eggs and mix until well combined.
Allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
While mixture is standing, heat oil on low heat in frying pan.
Divide dough by 4 and press down in pan.
Fry on low until browned on both sides
