Easy Banting (Blue) cheese sauce


Easy cheesy sauce

Ingredients:

250ml milk
50ml cream
40g grated cheddar
1 block blue cheese (or extra 100g cheddar)
1.5 TBs heba pap

Method:

Mix all above ingredients except heba pap on medium heat until the cheeses have melted.
Add heba pap and stir until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve warm
