Crispy chicken skins

With chicken skins, you will NEVER miss potato chips EVER AGAIN.



Chicken skins
Salt and pepper
Onion powder


Wash and clean chicken skins.
Season properly
Lay on a grid so that the fat can be collected below
Place in an oven on 180C until the skin is crispy and delicious! Times may vary, but around 40 minutes.
