Chicken Stirfry - Elize Swart


Ingredients:

100g chicken breast
200g mix veggies
( carrots, onion, baby marrow, cabbage, green pepper or red)
2 tbs oil
Salt and Pepper
4 tbs vinegar
1 tsp sweetener

Method:

Slice chicken breast into strips.
Add oil to pan.
Add chicken strips.
Fry till brown, then add veggies and salt a pepper to taste.
Fry till vegetables are doneto your likeness.

Mix vinegar and sweetener..add to stirfry at the end.
