Blue Cheese Bone Marrow Butter


This deliciousness is something you need to experience for yourself. Rich, decadent, creamy...
And super easy and affordable!!

Ingredients:

+-10 marrow bones
4 tbs butter
Salt and pepper to taste
50g blue cheese

Method:

Lay marrow bones on a baking sheet and bake at 200C for approximately 30 mins.
Allow to cool completely, then remove marrow from bones and place into food processor.
Add butter, salt and blue cheese.
Process on high until smooth.
Place in fridge to firm slightly before molding into desired shape.
Enjoy on eggs, steak, crackers etc.
