Banting Dumplings - Tina Mtshali


Ingredients:

1 Cup almond flour
3 tbs butter
1 tso baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
sweetner for taste
100ml +- water

Method:

Make a stew or curry as you would.
In a bowl, mix the above ingredients until it forms a dough.
Drop spoonfuls on top of your stew or curry and allow to simmer on low for approximately 30 minutes with lid on.
Enjoy!
