Banting Breakfast #3 - Chantal McCarthy

Ingredients:

3 Rashers Streaky Bacon 
2 Eggs 
4 Cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1 piece of cheese (sliced into 3)
Butter for frying eggs 


Method:

Fry bacon in nonstick pan until done.  Add cherry tomatoes and fry till done. Add butter to clean frying pan and fry eggs until the way you like them done. 

Season with pink salt and plate up! Enjoy :)
