Ingredients:
3 tbs butter
300ml cream
5 tbs cocoa
2 tbs sweetener
Pinch salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients together and place in a glass bowl above a pot with boiling water in and allow mixture to melt nicely. Spread over cake starting from the center.
