Cheese Puffs

Great for entertaining or for lunch boxes. Also great to keep around the house as a little snack if you're feeling pekish!

1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups grated cheese
50g heba pap
1 tsp baking powder
3 chopped bacon rashers (cooked)
1 yellow pepper (diced and fried)


Preheat oven to 200C.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper
Whisk egg and milk together before adding all other ingredients and mixing well.
Form balls of tablespoon size on tray - allowing room for them to spread.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes - until tops are browned.
Recipe makes 20.
