Always remember this on your Banting Journey!

1. If hunger is not the problem, eating is not the solution.

2. A huge part of losing weight is believing you can do it and realizing it's not going to happen overnight.

3. To lose weight permanently requires faith. Faith that you CAN do it and faith that there is a bigger life waiting for you beyond food and weight.

4. Put your focus into what you SHOULD eat, not what you shouldn't eat!

5. A small detour doesn't mean you have to stop, it just means you may till a little longer.

6. Life always offers you a second chance, its called tomorrow.

7. It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

8. Think about why you started and let that be your motivation.

9. Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.

10. You were born to succeed, but to succeed you must plan to succeed, work to succeed and expect to succeed.

11. You don't have to be great at it to start, but you do have to start to be great.

12. It's not about losing the weight, it's about losing the lifestyle that got you there in the first place.

13. Progress is impossible without change. If you cannot change, you cannot progress.

14. The time for action is now, its never too late to do something about it.
