Ingredients:
3 T Heba (and more for dusting)
2 t Sweetener
Pinch of salt
1 egg
4 T milk
2 frankfurters, sliced into bite sized pieces (check for clean ingredients)
Coconut or palm oil for frying
Method:
Preheat oil to medium heat
In a bowl, mix together above ingredients and transfer to a thin tall glass.
Dry, then dust the frankfurters with Heba (I only used a tsp)
Place the bite sized pieces of frankfurter on a skewer.
Dip this in the "batter" made earlier, then deep fry until all sides are browned.
Remove, allow to cool slightly, then enjoy.
