Ingredients:
8 Small Pork shoulder Ribs
125 Carb Smart Sticky Braai sauce
4 large Bay leaves
8 Peppercorns
2 Cloves
2 tsp salt
Water to cover ribs
Method
In a pressure cooker pot, place water, spices and herbs and pork ribs.
Bring to pressure and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Carefully remove ribs and place into a baking tray upside down (I lined it with foil just to make cleanup easier but you don't have to!)
Baste with Carbsmart Sticky Braai sauce - reserving 3/4 of it.
Place the oven tray in the oven under the grill for until browned
Remove from the oven then Turn the ribs, then baste again, and place in the oven again under grill until browned again.
Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
