Cornish Pasty Pies

 



Ingredients:


200 g mince

1 carrot, peeled and chopped

1/2 onion, peeled and chopped

1 packet carb smart beef stock

Salt and pepper to taste

1 t crushed garlic

1 T coconut oil

1 egg

8 mini truly good wraps


Method:


Melt coconut oil in a pot, add garlic and onion and fry until soft. 

Add mince, and cook until browned. 

Add 250ml water and carrots, reduce the heat and cook until carrots are tender.

Add the carb smart beef stock, and adjust the water as necessary.

Cook for a further 5 minutes.

Cover and cool in the fridge overnight.

The next day, scoop spoonfuls into the wraps, seal carefully with egg and a fork. 





Brush the tops with egg.

Bake on a baking paper lined baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180C for around 15 minutes (until browned).
